  • Extension Master Gardener Training

    The MSU Extension Master Gardener Program is an adult horticulture education and volunteer leader training program committed to improving science-based horticulture information in communities throughout the state. This course is currently being offered via Zoom and D2L.

  • Pesticide Applicator Training

    This course is designed for those who are studying to take the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD) Restricted Use Pesticide (RUP)Exam or for those who need a refresher on safe pesticide handling. The course material follows the National Pesticide Core Manual. Those who complete the course can receive 12 RUP credits.

    The Landscape and Nursery Management Program at MSU combines classroom instruction in the production, selection, use and management of landscape plants with applied learning experiences through hands-on field laboratories and a required internship.
