Parker works primarily as a small business counselor with the MSU Product Center. In this role, he helps food, agriculture & natural resource entrepreneurs to meet their business goals.
Parker also conducts trainings on the Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Safety Rule and Seafood HACCP. He is a member of the Connecting Entrepreneurial Communities conference planning team, too. Parker does this work across the fifteen counties of the Upper Peninsula. His favorite color is blue.
