Linnea is a master's student in the Department of Community Sustainability. She attended the University of Toledo where she received her B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Environmental Science. While in Toledo, Linnea was closely involved with the growing urban agriculture community in Toledo. Since 2012, she has also worked for the Monroe County Library System, where she created community garden and S.T.E.A.M. education programs. Linnea's research interests revolve around sustainable food systems, science communication, and public policy.
