Carly Glunz teaches Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) through Michigan State University Extension’s Health and Nutrition Institute. Carly started at MSUE in 2021 upon completion of her Master of Public Health degree from Central Michigan University. Additionally, Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Wellness, Health Promotion, and Injury Prevention from Oakland University. While Carly resides in Kent County, she helps serve all the Michigan community as a virtual staff member. Carly’s main goals at MSUE are to build awareness of what MHFA is and why it is needed, make MHFA as accessible as CPR and First Aid trainings, and to train as many Michiganders in MHFA as possible.
